Japan Trust offers air logistics services for general air cargo, including small shipments, from door to airport throughout Japan, as well as door delivery to destinations worldwide. For international transportation of general air cargo and small shipments under 3,000 kg, trust Japan Trust to handle your needs. With a rich domestic and international network, specialized know-how, and secured sourcing routes, we provide services tailored to meet your customers' needs by integrating various modes of transportation.

General Air Cargo Transportation

We cater to a wide range of customer needs by arranging air cargo transportation for commercial cargo that cannot be sent via international express services, including heavy cargo, oversized cargo, and hazardous materials.
Additionally, leveraging our unique network, we also offer door-to-door transportation services that combine air, land, and sea transport.

International Express

We provide consistent transportation of non-commercial cargo, such as samples and free repair parts, along with various printed materials and small parcels, from door to door across Japan and to destinations worldwide (limited to DDU terms).
Our pricing includes all costs, such as domestic shipping within Japan, customs clearance fees for export and import, and domestic land transportation fees in the destination country, resulting in a very clear flat rate.
Additionally, we offer free services for cardboard packing, invoice creation (customs documents), and shipping label preparation, significantly reducing the various hassles involved in preparing for shipment.

Service Practices

1.Pickup Service

We will come to pick up your cargo from designated locations across the country. You also have the option to directly deliver to our center using Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express with cash-on-delivery.

2.Delivery Location for Cash-on-Delivery

As your cargo will be delivered to the nearest company center, please inform our business contact of the shipping destination when making your request. After confirmation, we will provide you with the delivery location.

3.Next-Day Flight Service

If you contact us for pickup by 12:00 PM on the same day, we will arrange for pickup and dispatch it on the next day's flight.
Note: There are some regions where this service may not be available. Please consult our business contact for details.

4.Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes about 3 to 4 days from the pickup date, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, but may vary slightly by region.
Note: Same-day pickup, customs clearance, and flight services (additional fees/conditions apply) can deliver within 2 to 3 days. Please contact your representative for more information.

5.Shipping Label Preparation

If you provide us with the necessary information in advance, we will prepare the shipping labels according to your instructions.

6.Delivery to Overseas Locations

For bulk distribution to overseas locations (customers), if you provide a sorting list, we can accept the cargo in bulk, sort it according to the list, prepare the shipping labels, and ship it out. The sorting service will be provided free of charge.
